Our goal is every public meeting of Monroe Township's government. We are not there yet, and we would rather show you exactly where the gaps are than imply otherwise. This page is updated whenever we publish. Last updated: October 18, 2026.

Smaller boards and commissions: written records only
The township lists 17 boards, commissions and committees. Beyond the council, the Planning Board and the Zoning Board, we found no video for any of them. Three post agendas and minutes regularly, and we cover those in periodic roundups built from the documents. The rest list a schedule and members on the township's website but no agendas or minutes that we could find. Meetings of all of them are open to the public. Schedules below come from each body's page on the township website and may be out of date.

Not covered yet
School board committees. The Board of Education's finance, policy, buildings and grounds, curriculum and legislative advocacy committees each meet monthly and post video. We have not recapped them; their reports to the full board are summarized in our board meeting recaps.
Earlier Planning Board and Zoning Board meetings. The township's posted minutes for these two boards are well out of date (the newest we saw were January 2025 and August 2024), so the January through June 2026 meetings can only be recapped from video, where it exists. Special meetings and closed sessions are not covered either.
How we decide what counts
We write from official recordings and transcripts. For bodies that publish only agendas and minutes, we say so and report what the documents show, which is less than a recording would. A meeting appears on this page only after its recap or roundup is published. Recaps normally follow within a few days of a recording being posted, but a long meeting or missing captions can delay one. If you know of a meeting we're missing, or one you'd like covered next, tell us by opening an issue on this site's GitHub repository.
Meeting dates come from the township's and the school district's published calendars and are subject to change. Check the township's boards page or the school district's meeting dates page before you plan to attend.
